In daylight, the fluorite displays muted mint to pale apple-green tones with a matte to lightly frosted surface, contrasted by the bright, glassy quartz.

Under UV light, the fluorite comes alive with a strong, saturated blue fluorescence, dramatically transforming the specimen into a vivid electric display. The quartz remains non-reactive, allowing the glowing fluorite to dominate visually and clearly define the underlying crystal structure.
