Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can help resolve the issue.
