1. Returns & Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival.

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.


2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged.
  • If a refund is denied (due to use, damage, or missing packaging), we will return the item to you at your expense.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Your order number.

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Mystery Boxes

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (following our policy), and place a new order.
